Nickel Sale For The GIMP Videos Now Live

It’s starting at $5.02 and the faster you get there, the cheaper it will be.

(By the way, with any luck there will be a new version of the Nickel Script released on Monday.)

Frank, I have to confess that the videos will probably be excellent — but the privacy statement — which was revealed only AFTER you paid — is atrocious. It basically says that he can sell or give away my email address at will.

Did I just sell my soul for $8?

Thanks,
Tom

Tom:

We all make mistakes and that was probably one on Stan’s part.  I’ll ask him to review it.

In the meantime I wouldn’t worry about it, but let Stan fix things first.

Frank,

I bought Stans videos and can’t get to them. I have tried to contact him at the address given with no answer. Can you get a message to him for myself and anyone else who is trying to communicate?

Thanks,

Ernie Hodge

Ernie:

It’s almost certainly Road Runner filtering Stan’s emails.  Stan has written to me saying there are some people he just can’t contact.

I know I keep going on and on about it in various posts here on this site, but every internet business should use a business email address, not their ISP email address.  ISPs and other “free” email providers won’t allow business correspondence through their servers.

So…  Try writing to Stan using one of your business email addresses instead.  He’ll then be able to contact you.

Update

Yep, that’s the problem Ernie.  I just received a bounced email back from your ISP.
