Update: The PLR membership is now OPEN and is currently $27.00/month until I reach my target number of subscribers. At that point I'll increase it to the regular price of $47.00

You can get to the sales page here:-

http://www.plahh.com/

***
Tomorrow (Thursday) I'll be re-opening my PLR membership at a temporary reduced price, and I'll reveal that price now. It's just $27 a month for PLR to TWO product sets.

Or put another way, it works out as $13.50 each…

But that price is only valid until I fill up my remaining slots to make the membership viable for me to continue to run. (It's been touch and go.)

Each month you'll get PLR to 5 sales page designs, PLUS additional PLR to either a WordPress plugin or theme, or a PHP script or other program, or a special report or video set created by me.

It's a pretty good deal.

Just the five sales pages alone are worth your membership.

Ask anyone. If you were to pay to have ONE sales page created for yourself, they'd cost you $47-$97 depending on who did them for you, and all you'd get back is the design with uneditable PNG or JPEG files.

With the ones we supply you get Private Label Rights to the entire pack of 5, PLUS all the PhotoShop PSD source files. In addition we make sure there are no hard-coded text in graphics (wherever possible) and in the few cases there are, we also supply blank JPEGs or PNGs so you can use your favourite graphics editor to add your own text.

Okay?

As for the cost of developing the WordPress plugins and themes, you're talking anything from five hundred to two thousand dollars and upwards – go find out for yourself. So I think it's fair to say that every month you're getting between $750 to $2000 worth of products you can rebrand and call your own.

At the special relaunch price of $27 it's not just a good deal it's a smoking deal!

***

First I'd like to give you a bit of background about the membership. I opened it in November last year, and everything went fine until about March when my one and only designer took an office job in Singapore. He still does some part time work for me.

Then I had to fire one of my plugin developers as he was supposedly working full time for me and (when he slipped up) we found out he was also working "full time" for one of my friends. (No wonder he was getting slower and slower…)

This left me with a full time plugin developer and a part time designer.

And then to make matters worse, my remaining developer decided to go look for an office job too and also went part time in June.

While this was all going on I just couldn't find the right people to fill the gaps left behind and from April until now I've been struggling to fulfill the promise of 2 monthly PLR products as part of the membership.

It even got to the stage last month where I'd just about decided to close up shop on the membership as I couldn't see how I could continue to deliver products like I had been – I'm certainly not a designer or a plugin developer.

And then out of the blue I picked up two new designers, one of whom can create WordPress themes. Hurrah!

I then (by accident) found a part timer who is now in training to become my full time PA and Project Manager in March 2012.

But the icing on the cake is I also found a new full time coder, AND just this week my part time developer has increased her weekly hours to almost full time.

Suddenly I have a full set of staff and that makes the membership viable again. And I also have enough "give" in there to make sure that if someone leaves then the membership won't suffer like it has this year.

***

To kick off the relaunch of the membership with a bang tomorrow, I'm adding in some extras. So instead of you joining and getting one month's worth of products, I'm including a few more bits and pieces too.

The current product set is for August, but I've left July's active too. September's will be ready next week.

So when you join tomorrow, you not only get July and August's membership products, you'll also get September's too when I add it in a few days time.

That's THREE months worth of membership in this first month. (For existing members I'll put something else in so you don't feel left out.)

Forget pretty good, forget smoking, this is a RED HOT deal.

But ONLY when you join tomorrow at just $27 / month.

When I fill the minimum membership slots I need, then the price goes back up.

I'll give you some additional details tomorrow and re-open the membership at 6.00pm GMT (1.00pm EST).

-Frank Haywood.

#1 – Affiliate Link Plugin

We've just completed testing a bug fix for the Affiliate Link plugin, where we've now amended the method of hiding the destination page so that it appears as if it's part of your own blog rather than a page on another site. We've done this by moving from an iframe to a regular frame (and changing a couple of other under the hood things), and it seems to work perfectly.

If you have this plugin, go back to your personal download page and get the latest version there. Just unzip and FTP it to your website overwriting the plugin files that are already there, and you're done.

Your cloaked links should now work perfectly.

#2 – Script Manager Plugin

D'OH!

I kicked off the sale last Friday and decided to take a couple of days away from it all. When I looked again, I realised that the PluginGreat.com domain expired on Saturday… (It was on my todo list to renew it, and I missed it.)

I'm really sorry about that, I quickly reactivated the domain so you can now go back to the download link that would have come with your email and finally download it if you haven't already done so.

AND… if you need it you can get support from the support desk on the PluginGreat.com site too.

Egg on my face…

#3 – PL Ahh

Dirk W (hi Dirk) came up with a great idea for Decembers software PLR product, and Eric (one of my WordPress plugin developers) has been busy working on it. It's such a good idea I've been tempted to keep it all for myself, but I told Dirk I'd release it with PLR so we'll stick to the plan.

If you're a member of PL Ahh, you'll be thrilled with it, and I know there's more than a few members that will make a lot of money from it by selling it, far more than I'll be making by supplying PLR to the membership.

The plugin itself is internally called Affiliate Ticker, but of course you can call it anything you want. That's all I want to say about it for now, but it's well worth having when it's ready, both to sell or give away and of course for personal use too.

As well as the plugin, we're also releasing another set of 5 sales pages (both HTML and WP versions), and personally I think these are better than the first ones – and those first ones are *very* good. I've already seen two of last months PLR sales pages turn up on a couple of sites, so I'm pleased to see they're already being put to good use.

Ask anyone. If you were to pay to have ONE of these sales pages created for yourself, they'd cost you $47-$97 depending on who did them for you, and all you'd get back is the design with uneditable PNG or JPEG files.

With the ones we supply you get Private Label Rights to the entire pack of 5, plus all the PhotoShop source files, PLUS WordPress page template versions too.

Okay?

Each month from PL Ahh you get TWO PLR products for the price of one.

Typically it will be a standalone PHP script or WordPress plugin or WordPress theme, plus a graphics type product. But I might also add in the odd report that I write myself (or have written with my close supervision). The report would come with a squeeze page to allow you to sell it as a list builder.

Now this current (first) months PL Ahh products I released for November are without sales page or copy. My reasoning is that if you're not going to put in the effort to make the products yours, then you may as well just be part of an MRR membership instead.

Make sense?

Despite that, I've had some people say that they'd like the sales pages and copy included for the products, so I'm going to do that because I want to give you what YOU want, not what I think you should have. This then also gives those people who are prepared to put in a little effort the opportunity to make their version of the products unique.

That difference always means more sales.

Now then…

I really want to see more members join PL Ahh and it's still possible to join in this first month and while the price is still only $27.

I'll just repeat that as it's important.

The monthly membership cost is STILL only $27 for the next 17 new members. (The next step up is another $10 at 101 members.)

You get TWO brand new PLR products each month, and I think you'll find those two products are a little different from what you'd normally expect to get from a PLR membership.

When the final 17 membership places are taken, the price will go up by another $10.

It's well worth your time securing these last few places before it's too late.

You can find out more about the PL Ahh membership here:-

Today I open the doors of my new PLR Membership which is now offering TWO products for the price of one.

Yep, rather than just make the two for one deal an introductory offer, I figure I can supply you with two brand new products each and every month from the following:-

Packs of beautifully designed sales page / squeeze page templates.

Beautiful business oriented WordPress themes.

Very useful WordPress plugins.

Standalone PHP scripts.

And if you're EITHER one of the first 50 people to sign up, OR you sign up within the first 48 hours then you'll be able to get in at an unbeatable $20 per month.

That is just $10 per brand new high quality product with full Private Label Rights, which I believe is unheard of? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Now then. I planned to open the doors at 6.00pm GMT tonight, but I can't now do that because I have a hospital appointment to attend. I could open tomorrow, but I've spent the last few days saying I'd open today, so that's what I'm going to do.

But I'm pushing the time back to 8.30pm GMT (3.30pm EST), possibly 30 minutes after that.

It all depends on what time I get back as to what time I open the door, as we have the mother-in-law coming to tea as well, so it's all gone a bit pear-shaped.

That's life though eh? You plan and plan to no avail.

So let's recap.

#1 – New PLR membership opens at 8.30pm GMT (3.30pm EST).
#2 – Two products for the price of one.
#3 – $20 for the first 50 people to join.
#4 – It's a flaming bargain!

Watch for a post on my blog later today, and another email announcing it's officially open.

-Frank Haywood

I've had a number of people ask me privately what the difference is between PLR Code Mine and my new PLR membership opening tomorrow.

There are two main differences.

First and foremost, the new membership is 100% owned by me and the products will be created by my employees.

For PLR Code Mine, I was just the "front man" of a 50-50 deal with James Cunnington who is now the sole owner of PLR Code Mine.

James has pretty much been running PLR Code Mine since at least June (or even earlier) this year. So product delivery, support, response and updates etc have all been down to him.

If you've been happy with product delivery, support, response and updates, then you'll continue to be happy at PLR Code Mine. So there you go, I think that's fairly clear now, okay?

Secondly, my new PLR membership won't just be about web scripts and software. I'll be rotating, mixing, and matching packs of sales page templates, WordPress plugins, WordPress themes and I guess the odd standalone PHP script thrown in here and there.

All of these will be created by my employees with none of it outsourced to third parties, which I've discovered isn't such a good idea. We all live and learn, and this was a great little (and painful) learning point for me.

So each month as part of the membership I'll be giving you at least one of the following.

Packs of beautifully designed sales page / squeeze page templates.

Beautiful WordPress themes – you've seen some of them already as Multiple Streams Themes.

Very useful WordPress plugins – you've seen the quality of the plugins I release.

Standalone PHP scripts.

As part of the introductory offer tomorrow, I'll also be including PLR to the Redirection WordPress plugin I included as part of the Multiple Streams Theme 003 last week.

It's a good deal, especially when you see the introductory price. I'd certainly buy it if it was presented to me, and I've become very choosy recently.

Finally, support will be done by the same staff that are creating the products, so you'll be getting knowledgeable and definitive answers to your questions. All of this feedback will go back into the loop to make things better for the future, which you have good reason to look forward to.

-Frank Haywood

As promised yesterday, here are a couple of screenshots of the first sales page design of five that I'm offering Private Label Rights to, together with PLR to the Redirection plugin for WordPress.

The PLR membership opens Friday.

Note that the bulk of the text on these demo images is in fact plain text that you can edit with Notepad, Dreamweaver, Front Page etc – you don't need a graphics program to amend it. Even though some of the text looks as if it's graphical in nature, that effect has been achieved by the clever use of CSS styling.

Okay, first a general overview of the first sales page design. The "thumbnail" image has been heavily compressed and is at 75% to save bandwidth, but it should give you good idea of what's going on with the design.

Right Click and choose "View Image" to open it full size.

And now a clip from the top of the page to show the CSS styled drop shadow effect.

No, the text and drop shadow aren't graphical, it's all done via CSS. Cool huh?

When you join the new PLR membership on Friday, you'll get Private Label Rights to FIVE of these sales page designs, plus as a sweetener, PLR to the Redirection plugin I included with the Multiple Streams Theme 003 last week.

Each month you'll get PLR to either a five-pack sales page bundle, a WordPress plugin, or a WordPress theme. If I get workable suggestions for other product types, I'll do those too.

I'm sure you can see it's an extremely good deal.

More news tomorrow.

Well, you can see for yourself here:-

.

[EDIT] Now closed at this price. Sorry folks. Watch out for when we re-open at $27 for a short time.

If you've had a problem registering, check your email as I think I've caught everybody now and emailed a personal registration link. The cause of the problem itself is now fixed. If you haven't had a personal email from me and you've been to PayPal, don't panic, you're in!

If you're getting redirected back to the sales page after logging in, it seems to be a bug in the membership software we're using. You ARE logged in. Just go back to the previous page and choose one of the protected pages.

I'm very excited to be able to tell you that something I've been working on for several weeks now is finally coming to fruition.

Last year I decided I wanted to help you get rid of your job and start working for yourself. There are many paths you can take to get there, and I always advise people to work towards multiple streams of income. That way if one fails for whatever reason, you have others you can fall back on.

Over the years I've been on this planet, I've done all sorts of things to earn a living, and I've held down all sorts of jobs from fish-fryer to Data Manager for the projects that introduced the last two Range Rovers to the world. But the VERY BEST thing I ever did was to strike out on my own.

Don't get me wrong. There have been ups and downs. There have been some months I've started where I've wondered where the money to pay the mortgage was going to come from. But somehow we always made it through.

And I KNOW that some people reading this are in that position right now through no fault of their own.

The problem is from the moment we're born it's always been about the job.

Our entire society literally forces people out of school and into a job, and any square peg that doesn't want to fit that round hole is frowned upon.

The problem with a job is that when you take one, you're at the mercy of someone else. You're putting all your eggs in one basket. Your entire livelihood can be taken from you at any moment, and you don't have ANY income security.

There's the difference. Income security as opposed to job security. I don't believe there's any such thing as the latter, it's really all just smoke and mirrors when you think long and hard about it.

If you want income security, then you have to do as I've suggested above. You have to ensure you have multiple income streams.

If one breaks, it's a hiccup, not a disaster.

That's why I decided to launch this new PLR software membership. It's so you can add an additional income stream and protect your livelihood.

This is the first prong of my multi-pronged effort to help you make it this year.

I always say your target should be to replace your current income from your job by this time next year, whenever you start. It's not easy. It takes effort. But the rewards are well worth it…

-You no longer have to do what your boss tells you to, simply because you don't have one.

-You don't have to get up at 7.00am just to go to work for 8 hours.

-When you do work, then it's all for you. You're not making someone else rich.

-If you feel like some time off for a walk in the park, then you can take it.

-You're not working for / with people that are clearly stupid in a way that it seems only you can see. Yes, I think we've all felt like that at some point haven't we? Whether it's true or not.

The list goes on…

Where was I?

Oh yes, multiple income streams. That's very important.

Here's your first of 2010.

In three hours time at 6.00pm GMT (1.00pm EST), my new monthly software membership goes live. Membership is available for the first 100 people to make it there in time at less than half the final price, locked in for as long as you remain a member.

The aim of the site is to give you a new, completely white label piece of software that you can rename and call your own, and also show you how and what to do with it to start to replace your current income.

The price is ridulously low for two reasons.

#1 – As a thank you for being a subscriber.
#2 – The site is still being built and you should regard it as a BETA.

On that last one, the site is very definitely a Work In Progress, as there's plenty of content in the form of tools, articles and videos I want to add to the members area as well as providing you with the software itself.

And… One or two things might not work exactly as they're supposed to. We'll resolve those issues as we go.

Your reward for your patience is a much lower price than will be available to other people when the site goes officially live.

As I've said previously, the price you join up with will be locked in for as long as you remain a member.

And as the site grows and new groups are introduced with new software products in those groups, you'll get the opportunity to join those new groups at the same price you lock in today.

Okay that's it for now.

Watch out for the email with the link for when the site goes live at 6.00pm today.

-Frank Haywood

I passionately believe that the best online business model is selling software.

That's because the perceived value of software compared to say an ebook is far higher.

Well, after a few false starts, it looks like the new software PLR membership I've created for you is just about ready to rock and roll.

The new site has been created to give you a chance to fast track your business in 2010.

The idea is simple. In order to build a business you need products, and a good way of getting those together is to use private label rights material you can put your name on and call your own.

It cuts down on your creation time and makes it easy to get yourself up and running. You may even already be doing this with PLR ebooks, and that's okay… But there's a bit of a downside to ebooks.

You've probably seen that everybody and his dog are now selling the same ebooks with their own name on. They're not even bothering to change the title, which is a basic mistake in itself.

Wrong, wrong, wrong!

I know that having your own source of software you can sell is MUCH better.

Software has a far higher perceived value than an ebook, but of course getting hold if it is the problem. And even when you can get hold of it, you always end up buying it "as-is" with no warranty or support. I've found that in nearly every case I've bought PLR software, I've had to scrap it simply because the software was never designed to be released as PLR in the first place.

What that's meant to me is it's been extremely difficult to take PLR software and call it my own. It can cost a lot of money to take most PLR software and change even the title of it. I know that because I've been there, and I'm sure lots of other people have too.

So in the end most people go with PLR ebooks simply because there isn't a decent regular source of PLR software that they can easily adapt and call their own.

Until now.

Opening tomorrow at 6.00pm GMT (1.00pm EST) is my new PLR software membership site.

This is a joint venture between myself and a group of developers.

Each product we create is specially put together with its final use as PLR kept firmly in mind. This means it's written from the start with the idea of keeping it easy to edit either by the use of a language file, or if its a WordPress plugin, by editing a bit of text in the plugin.

It's dead simple, and we show you how in the members area.

The product you get each month comes usually as either an untitled WordPress plugin or PHP script, plus a sales page design and sales copy, plus some basic documentation. All you have to do is think up a product name and edit the bundle to reflect that new name.

Hey presto! One brand new never-before-seen product, and it's all yours to pretty much do with as you please.

We've even decided to make it effectively unrestricted PLR. In fact there are just two very reasonable restrictions as to what you can do with the software you get from us.

#1 – You can't sell or offer PLR to any of them.
#2 – You can't offer them as part of a mass product membership, paid or otherwise.

The reason is simple – that's what WE do.

Okay, I think that's enough for now. I'll send you another email tomorrow about the membership site, plus some ideas as to what you can do with your new PLR software, so look out for that.

Then at 6.00pm GMT (1.00pm EST) tomorrow, I'll send you the link where you can join.

Which reminds me…

As one of my subscribers you're going to get the lowest price available locked in for life, but only if you're one of the lucky 100 to get in.

What's more, as I open up new groups within the membership, you'll have the chance to join those new groups at the locked in price you get tomorrow.

NO-ONE else will get that, and they'll end up paying double what you will.

It's just for you IF you get inside in time. I fully expect the site to be oversubscribed.

Okay?

More tomorrow, or you can leave a comment if you want to squeeze a little bit more out of me.

This coming year I'm going to help you in three ways. At least.

In response to a survey I did in the middle of last year, it seems there are three things that concern most people, so I've set myself a challenge to provide all three, and get you into "the game".

This is what I've been told by people over and over again.

#1 – You WANT your own product to sell, and preferably not another ebook found in some enormous PLR library that's already being touted by thousands of people.

#2 – You WANT to be given a plan for online success, and you want it to be step by step and clearly achievable.

#3 – You WANT to know how to generate traffic as you realise it's the life blood of any web site.

Based on those three desires that YOU'VE told me, that's what I'm going to give you. Taking my own advice about 30 day projects, I've broken the plan down into achievable chunks, and the first part is coming sooner than you think.

If all goes well in the next couple of days, then 100 (and ONLY 100) fast movers will get access to the first part of my plan in a deal that I think will blow your socks off. If I'd had exactly this a few years ago, then things would have moved a lot faster for me, so pay close attention.

This is a reward for you for being a subscriber, no-one else will get this, and like I said this deal will only be for the first 100 people to claim it, so make sure to keep an eye on your email over the next few days.

As I said above, the money is (without a doubt in my mind) driven by having your own products you can sell. At some point in the path that got me to where I am today, I realised that software has a much higher perceived value then ebooks.

Think about it.

Software is much sexier because it generally saves you time and lets you automate and do cool things that would normally have to be done manually or not at all. Usually not at all.

I've found that people are more likely to part with money for software than they are for ebooks or videos – with very few exceptions.

So what I've done for you is I've arranged for a group of developers to provide you with a high quality software package each and every month.

Each month you will have at least one new really cool product that with a little tweaking you can call your own. By tweaking, I mean renaming. And I've made sure it's easy to do too. The software will usually be a PHP script or a WordPress plugin, but not always.

Let me explain what you can do with a product like this. I'll give you an idea.

When I release a new product, I usually run a cut price nickel sale to engender some interest, get the market seeded with the product, and attract affiliates. Word gets around and I typically make $2,000 – $3,000 in a couple of days and then see a steady trickle of sales after that once the official site goes live and affiliates start promoting.

It's really cool, and there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be able to do this too. I'm not a developer, I pay other people to do the coding for me, and that's exactly what I'm offering you too.

I come up with the ideas, I pay developers to come up with the product, and you get to do almost anything you like with it.

All for a fraction of the price it would have cost you if you'd done it on your own.

More importantly you haven't had all the heartache and pain that comes with dealing with developers. Please believe me when I say that it can be a nightmare to find someone who will do what they say when they say they will, and the fact is most developers just don't get sales and marketing and will tell you so.

That can make it very hard to get a finished product that meets the bill, and I've certainly had more than my share of frustrations over the last few years.

You can easily avoid all that heartache simply by allowing me to take all the hassle out of it and letting you take all the profits.

The deal I'm setting up for you is to offer you membership to a new site that will give you at least one brand new software product each and every month with almost completely unrestricted Private Label Rights.

In fact there's only TWO very reasonable restrictions for the products you'll get from me.

#1 – You can't sell or offer PLR to any of them.
#2 – You can't offer them as part of a mass product membership, paid or otherwise.

The reason is simple – that's what I do.

In most cases, one sale a month of just ONE product will pay for your entire membership – you'll be getting a new one EVERY month.

Even if you decide to give the product away in return for a name and email address, or as a loyalty bonus to your existing subscribers, you'll still make money on the deal when you promote other products.

And because I've made sure it's EASY to rename the product, you can call it anything your imagination can come up with to differentiate your version.

To me this is a no-brainer, especially at the special deal price I'm offering to just 100 people. I just wish I'd had something like this when I got started a few years ago, it would have made life a lot simpler.

There's one other point I want to make before closing.

Some people say that having the same product as 100 other people is no good because you'll all be competing with each other. I used to think the same thing – let me put you straight on that.

First of all, I'm supplying all the products without a name. The product name is the BIGGEST differentiator to any product, so by not supplying you with any idea of a name, you'll have to use your imagination to come up with something that works for you.

Secondly, the marketplace for software is HUGE! The chances of anyone spotting that you're selling the same product is unlikely. The closest you'll get is someone might notice and compare features, but a bit of creative thinking will give you the edge.

Finally, and this is an eye-opener if you've never seen anyone say this before. The product isn't as important as the marketing. You may be sceptical about that, but I know 100% for a fact that it's true, and that most marketers won't tell you that.

You pitch the product right, you generate traffic to your site, and you'll make sales.

And as I said, just ONE sale of ONE of the products per month will pay for your membership. And each month you'll have another product you can market which will give you nice steady growth.

Okay, that covers all I want to say for now for part 1 of my 2010 Challenge to get you into "the game" - all based on what you've told me you want and what I know you need.

Parts 2 and 3 – training and traffic – will come over the next few weeks. I hope you understand that I had to get part 1 running first to generate the initial income needed to fund the other parts. (Frank Haywood Projects Rule #1 – All projects must fund themselves ASAP.)

There's no doubt in my mind that the total three part package will put money in your pocket.

Okay?

Watch for another blog post and another email tomorrow. The product membership will be open in the next couple of days – in fact as soon as I can get the last few wrinkles sorted out.

And of course as well as the very low price, there's also a bonus for the 100 people who take up this special membership offer.

More on that tomorrow.
