I'm offering for the first time ever, personal one to one coaching by phone, Skype and weekly webinars. I believe John is offering a set of videos, correct me if I'm wrong. There's nothing wrong with learning in that manner, and I haven't seen John's material, but I'm told it's excellent. You may have a different programme in mind. Please let me know what it is you think you've purchased from me that is supposed to be learning material. I currently only sell or give away software (in the main), and you can see some examples in the sidebar on the right of the home page. I don't sell any kind of training programme other than my personal coaching - do you have me confused with someone else? If you've not made any money using other programmes, what do you believe is the problem? -Frank
