It could do. The annoying thing is it seems to be random. Some transactions work perfectly.

I still find it difficult to believe (as many people do) that PayPal would roll this out live without testing it first.

We all make mistakes, but when you have the financial might of PayPal, you’d think they’d do it all exactly right.

Hi Frank,

I have just worked out that if I removed the request for postage data from the transactions it seemed to work so dont know if that helps or not.

Paypal IPN has stopped working…

…for busy sites it’s affecting thousands of transactions…seeing a lot of support calls asking why the customer didn’t get their download…
