   I know I keep going on and on about it in various posts here on this site, but every internet business should use a business email address, not their ISP email address.  ISPs and other "free" email providers won't allow business correspondence through their servers.

   So…  Try writing to Stan using one of your business email addresses instead.  He'll then be able to contact you.
