Personal Assistant and Web Developer

I am looking for a self-motivated and flexible Personal Assistant and Web Developer in the Philippines who wishes to work from home.

For that person, this is an interesting, full time job of 40 hours per week, 46 weeks per year.

I will observe the "13th Month" and any Philippine national holidays.  I'm flexible, and hopefully so are you.

The kind of person I'm looking for will:-

• Want to learn and develop new skills in a wide range of topics.
• Be able to follow and learn from written and instructional online videos.
• Be thoughtful and self motivated and have a passion for doing a task really well.
• Be flexible with regard to work.  You may be asked to do a WIDE range of tasks related to product development and marketing, such as bookmarking and backlink building.
• Know how to use OpenOffice or Microsoft Office to compile research notes.
• Have some experience in creating graphics and designing web sites.
• Will complete the tasks as required quickly.
• Have great attention to detail, but also understand that sometimes the job needs to be done using the 80-20 rule and completing to the point of it being "good enough".  Speed is often more important than getting everything finished.
• Use English as your primary language or be able to write well in English.
• Have experience in creating graphics and designing web sites.
• Be happy to write articles and research topics.

Some of your tasks will be centered around product development using PHP and MySQL, with SMALL product creation projects to be completed every 10-15 business days.  You may also be expected to create the web site design – a wide range of pre-made graphics will be supplied to aid you.

As well as the small projects, you will also be given a single larger project to work on to fill the gap in between the smaller projects.

Full instructions for each project will be given by video and written documents.

Knowledge of WordPress plugin development, plus the PayPal IPN system would be an advantage, but the right person with a strong desire to learn those things would also be favoured.

You will also be expected to answer support questions on my support desk.

The most important thing to me is that you are flexible and willing to learn, and increase your skills and abilities.  This is a huge opportunity for you to learn and become a better person – I have a lot of training material available for you.

If you wish to be considered, I will first assign a small test task for you to complete.  If you complete the given task sucessfully, you will be given a slightly more difficult task and then hired.  You will be fairly PAID for succesfully completing these tests.

Your starting pay will be USD $250 per month and this will increase with time.  For the first month you will be paid weekly either by PayPal (our preference), or by wire transfer via Xoom if you prefer.

After one month you will then be paid every 2 weeks, and after another month, you will move to monthly payments.
