Handing over the reigns to a support person is not the same as handling the problems yourself. For me, if I sell someting to a customer, the life blood of my business then I want them to be able to contact me with any problems. Likewise if I buy something I want the organ grinder and not the monkey to help me out. I call it service and it the one thing that all but a few of Internet Marketers seem to miss. Rich Sheferen is one that is big on this subject. The amount of emails with "No Reply" @ whatever.com is frustrating for customers, "I'm much to busy to talk to my customers syndrome" I call it. I tend to unsubscribe from those lists and not buy products from the vendor. Anyway good luck with the help desk, also to your students... All the best Mike Russen B.A.Hyp
