		<description>Hi Frank,

I think it is a big mistake to go down the road of not being in personal touch with your custmers. Handing over the reigns to a support person is not the same as handling the problems yourself.

For me, if I sell someting to a customer, the life blood of my business then I want them to be able to contact me with any problems. Likewise if I buy something I want the organ grinder and not the monkey to help me out. I call it service and it the one thing that all but a few of Internet Marketers seem to miss. Rich Sheferen is one that is big on this subject.

The amount of emails with &quot; No Reply&quot; @ whatever.com is frustrating for customers, &quot;I&#039;m much to busy to talk to my customers syndrome&quot; I call it.

I tend to unsubscribe from those lists and not buy products from the vendor.

Anyway good luck with the help desk, also to your students...

All the best
